The Manischewitz company has their macaroons available during the Passover
season. I found them at my local market. I checked with the company to
verify gf and they say that the following are gluten-free:
Coconut Macaroons, Chocolate Chip Macaroons, Chocolate Chocolate Chip
Macaroons, Coffee Flavored Macaroons and Honey Macaroons.  Please note: the
Almond Macaroons are NOT gluten-free.  The macaroons are sealed in 10 ounce
cans, so should have a good shelf life. Enjoy!
