Here at last is a summary on Sorghum flour from the replies that I
recieved.

Sorghum flour is possibly Indian. So maybe found in Indian stores.

It is alos called Milo or Jowar.

It could be made from soy beans (one person)
or
It could be made from corn (one person)

Further clarification on it's coposition would be appriciatated.

Can be ordered from on Canadian Supplier:

Liv-n-Well Distiributors in Richmond, BC Canada.

They carry many glutenfree and low protein products. They are mail
order and you have to have a credit card.

www.liv-n-well.com

There was a summary posted: Jowar Summary that posted the US
suppliers. I have that summary and I am sure the posted wouldn't mind
me posting to nayone who didn't have it.

That is all I have.
