Celiac Specialties in Rochester, MI, (I think they have another location in MI as well), makes them! They sell them here in MI for Fat Tuesday and they're known as pączk iS , (pronounced "punchkies") a Polish filled donut, but the custard ones are covered with chocolate and I think they're like eclairs. They have several flavors: apple, raspberry, and cherry. They take orders. I told them they should carry them all the time. They also make the best and the crunchiest fried chicken strips EVER!

You can check out their website. Just google "Celiac Specialties Rochester MI".

Hope this helps you out!
