I have just received the following reply to ingredient inquiry regarding
Salad Dressings by a company called Briannas that is sold in local
supermarkets as well as health stores here in NYC:

"In response to your request regarding gluten, enclosed pls find a copy of a
letter from Dr. Seideman at Oklabs Inc (where we send all our products for
testing) stating that all of our products are gluten free."

The following dressings:
Rich Poppy Seed, Real French Vinaigrette, Creamy Italian, Honey Mustard, Tru
Bleu Cheese, Blush Wine Vinaigrette, Fat Free-Santa Fe Blend, Fat Free-
Lively Lemon Tarragon
they are made by Del Sol Food Company Inc
P.O. Box 2245 Brenham, TX 77834-2243
409-836-5978

I have been using the blush wine vinaigrette- which is delicious.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, red wine vinegar, canola oil, salt, spices (no
MSG), garlic, xanthan gum, citric acid.

As always, proceed with caution, but sounds good like it is a safe choice for
those who use products outside of strictly gf companies.
Best Regards,
Leslie NYC
