Hello Everyone,
I thought I should let people know that La Choy sent me a brochure about
their products a couple months ago, and the Soy Sauce, and the Lite Soy
Sauce are listed as GF. BUT there is an "A" next to it that indicates the
following:

"contains hydrolyzed vegetable protein; may contain trace amounts of
gluten. I can say that I have had reactions to their soy sauce, so I can't
use it.

The two new sauces are not listed BTW and I don't have a phone number for
the company.

They do list a Stir Fry Mandarin Soy Sauce, and Stir Fry Spicy Szechuan
Sauce that are ok.
