Hello. I was just wondering how many others find it necessary to all
avoid all grain products or at least the majority of them? I also
suffer from extreme allergies, however, I have recently been told that I
could try to eat millet, quinoa, buckwheat or amaranth. Anytime in the
past that I have challanged millet or amaranth, they have made me
completely constipated and cause intestinal pain.....does anyone else
get this reaction? What is the latest info with regards to the gf
status on millet and buckwheat.....I live in Canada and I know that the
CSA guidelines have been a bit more lenient then the US. Anyone's
insight on this topic would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks.

Enid
