Paul,
I'm guessing your reason for seeking a bread slicer is because a standard
serrated bread knife gets "gunked" up when slicing homemade GF bread?

I find if I let the bread cool and then leave it out for sometimes as long as
4 hours, it seems to firm up and then I can slice it without the knife
getting so gunked up. I also recommend spraying it with PAM (GF last I
heard) before slicing.

Good Luck
Vicki
