I came across the website of a Welsh poet who apparently struggled with
the GF diet for two years before being told that he in fact did not have
CD.  It is a brief chronicle of his experience.  Although I found it quite
amusing, I warn everyone that it is dark humor, and some may not find it
funny.  Suffice it to say, he did not have a "good attitude"!  But I would
recommend it to those who have been through the initial panic, found ways
to cope, and deal with bad situations by laughing at them.  Here it is:
