Does anyone know of a support group in Des Moines, IA.

I have just recently started living the gluten-free
life and I feel I need a lot of support.  It's only
been a little over a month and it's getting really old
already.  I feel bored with what I'm eating and need
more variety.  Also, I have questions on where I
purchase gluten free vinegar, gluten free vanilla and
gluten free baking soda.  Help!
