Since Rebecca Richardson shared her idea on how she summarizes the GF
shopping list, I thought you might be interested in a way that works great
for me. I bought myself a purse that has a small three-ring organizer
inside of it. I then bought a set of alphabetical dividers. I carry this
purse with me everywhere I go and inside has all the gluten free
information that I need. For example, under "W" I have the ingredients
safe for me at Wendy's. Under "T" I have all safe tomato sauces, as well
as safe foods at Taco Bell. Under "S" I've listed at the GF soups that I
might want to buy. I only write down the foods that I buy for myself and
my family and it's easy to add or change at any time. Hope this helps!
