After reading about so many of you who are unable to consume dairy
products, whether because of lactose intolerance or casein problems,
I decided to eliminate dairy just to see what would happen.

Of course, I knew I didn't have any trouble with milk products because
I didn't have the symptoms that dairy intolerance indicates. But guess
what? .......

Wow! No more asthma at 2:00 a.m.! No more asthma medicine after 30
years! No more itchy ear problem. I can eat more foods now without
getting a psuedo-celiac reaction. And when I do accidentally ingest 2
molecules of gluten, I don't get the massive migraine headache on the
right side of my head. I just get the sore intestine and diahrea. Of
course, I haven't made a major mistake to find out what happens when I
ingest more than 2 molecules of gluten! Just joking - but I was HIGHLY
sensitive to gluten, and now my sensitivity seems to have greatly
decreased.

And now I'm going to try EFA's. My weight ranges from 87 to 90, 5'4"
tall, and I am struggling to gain weight. Please don't recommend
milkshakes like my mom did! Unfortunately I cannot consume any soy or
yeast products either. So.....

Thank you to all of you who wrote about your dairy problems.
