SUMMARY FOR GLUTEN FREE FROZEN FOODS

(READY TO EAT MEALS)

MAY 5, 2005

Hello List,

Thanks for all of your replies in my quest to locate some gluten free frozen foods (that are “ready to eat.”). I received over 40 replies, most of which recommended Amy’s frozen gluten free meals. (I should have specified in my request that I was already aware of Amy’s products, but am very appreciative to everyone who took the time to reply). I was trying to locate gluten free frozen foods that could be readily found in the regular grocery store. Many regular grocery stores do carry Amy’s products too. It is also worth noting that Amy’s does sell many items that are not gluten-free, so when you do search for Amy’s products, please make sure you buy the ones that are marked gluten-free.

In an effort to simplify the list, I have listed the items alphabetically by the brand name. If there were any specific comments that you sent, I have added them below each brand name. Please keep in mind that these are products that were recommended. Use this list as a guideline only, and always verify ingredient labels for yourself. As always, you are always welcome to email me directly at [log in to unmask] and ask me to email you a copy of the file.

~Melonie
