I submitted an inquiry as to the status of Ancient Harvest Polenta (not
having noticed the GF/WF indication on the package front).  A description

My inquiry further asked about cross-contamination possibilities.  The
prompt reply I received follows:


Hi Todd,

Our Polenta is made in a factory that ONLY makes the Polenta ~ nothing
else!!! It is both Wheat Free and Gluten Free.
