I just read an article on Cyber Diet about Celiac Sprue and on there the
"expert" says that celiacs need to avoid Dutch chocolate as alkali is used
to process it and this uses barley.  I have never heard of this before.  At
our health store the owner recommended Dutch processed cocoa powder and we
eat Dutch chocolate regularly.  Any feed back or info. would be appreciated.
