Hello Listmates,


Does anyone know if Brown Rice Miso is gluten free?  Nothing on the ingredient list (below) seems suspicious, but I was wondering if i was overlooking something, perhaps in the manufacturing process, that could be problematic.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.


PRODUCT: Mitoku Organic Johsen Brown Rice Miso Soybean Puree


INGREDIENTS:  Whole Soybeans, Brown Rice, Sea Salt, Water, Koji (Aspergillus oryzae)
