Dear List,
I have had wonderful responses to my general post about "diagnosis' and
will summarize some of them, they are still coming in. I have a question I
know that some of you will know the answer to. I am so grateful to connect
with all these people who are so knowledgeable with so many years experience.
All I know, as of yet, is that I came up positive as allergy sensitive to
Wheat, Corn, and Dairy and Rice. The gluten tests were negative or in the
low positive range. I am going to have the biopsy done next week. I am also
going to get the results of the more sensitive tests sometime for the 400
allergens.

 BUT:
with my sensitivities as we know NOW them can I eat Spelt flour? or
Amaranth or any of the other alternative "wheats". I am successfully
avoiding dairy, corn and Rice but it is so tempting to have "bread".

Thanks
