When my wife was diagnosed in November 1998, she called Cabot's
regarding the GF status of their products, because we had a number of
their products in the house.  The representative informed her that all
their products were GF.  Last month I called because their no-fat sour
cream lists modified food starch.  I was told that the modified food
starch is from corn.  Their products are available on the east coast of
the US and into the mid-west.  I just thought you would like to know,
since I find it easier to "name brand" buy when I find a brand that is
safe.
