Thank you to those who responded to my query regard the Japanese working
on a cure for CD. I received the following responses;

1 skeptic sent an infected attachment (thanks)

2 responses mentioned research being done by many specialists including
Dr. Fasano

2 responses were doubtful that the Japanese would be working on
something that Asians rarely (if ever) get. (But stranger things have
happened.)

1 person forwarded a long article from Lancet detailing some progress.

1 person said the only cure is a wheat free diet.

I suspect that if there is any truth to the story, the Japanese might be
working on it for not entirely altruistic reasons.
