gluten in paper cups

I got a glass of water in a paper cup from Togo's Restaurant in San Jose.

I thought it would be "safe" to at least get a glass of water..........but no!!

After drinking just a bit of it, I got a big gluten reaction. Has anyone
else had trouble with paper cups???? Is  there gluten in the glue holding it
together, or in the lining of the cup??
