Dear Listmates:

I've written an email twice to the person who made this claim and have not
received an answer as of yet. Maybe she only checks her email once a week.

I've called the university here in Reno and a registered dietician and a
nutritionist to see if I could verify this claim. Everybody told me to get
in touch with the person making the claim to learn the source and go from
there. The claim was that citric acid made in China within the last year or
so was made from wheat.

Once I learn the answer, I will let the List know!
