My dear friends are hounding me to revisit Belize this coming December.  We
will probably stay on Amber Cay (sic?) and do an inland trip through the
rainforest.  Does anyone have any specific places (anywhere in Belize) where
they have stayed successfully?  I am rather new celiac 4/04 and am just
getting adjusted to traveling and eating out again after some very bad
experiences.  Thanks any information regarding this lovely country.
