Bellagio's Pizza now has a gluten-free pizza. http://www.bellagiospizza.com/  They have lots of info on their website, and I've been very impressed with how thorough they have been  -- they now only have rice flour in their stores so there are no airborne cross contamination issues; they have special gluten free cheese; they have done special trainings for their staff and I've been so impressed at how knowledgable and helpful their staff has been.

I just had the pizza tonight and it was awesome. Bellagios was my favorite pizza before and I'm so happy to be able to have it again.

I have no connection to corporate Bellagios -- I'm just so excited I wanted to make sure you know about this in case you hadn't heard so you could get the word out. They have locations all over the Portland area and are really taking gluten-free seriously!
