Hi,

The fact that corn and beans make a "complete protein" is something that
I've heard many times.

First, is that true?

Second, what is a "complete protein"?

Third, and of most interest to me, does the combination of corn flour and a
pea or bean based flour (like chick pea) in baking also make a complete
protein?
