I purchased an echinacea supplement to try to assist in warding off
colds (I'm a school teacher and exposed to a lot of germs). The box
lists the supplement (which also includs indigo and coneflower roots) as
gluten free, but also says not recommended for individuals with
autoimmune disease.

Does anyone in the celiac community take echinacea, or is this a bad
idea? If yes, do you purchase any particular variety?

Thanks,

Leslie
