As a Mom of two celiac kids and a religious ed. teacher, the communion
problem is a major concern to me. The hosts some claim are gluten free are
expensive, and I'm not sure they are gluten free. One source tells me "90%
of the gluten is washed away in making them"....sorry, not good enough!

At this point I am going to try to find a priest or monk in the area willing
to say a mass for my family and friends.(occasionally) I will supply the
bread (home baked gluten free ) the wine, and a new chalice.

This will not solve the weekly mass problem, but at least my kids will
receive once in awhile. I'll let you know how we make out!
