Harmony Farms Low-Fat Rice Drink is marked Gluten Free on the carton; however, it lists malted cereal solids in the ingredients.  This is a product of Canada but distributed by Harmony Farms in the United States.  I called Harmony Farms and questioned what the malted cereal solids were.  The girl I spoke with said, "I wish they (the Canadian company) would tell us."  Do any of you Canadian celiacs have any information on this?
