I am still working on learning to make bread. It is getting better. I
would like to know from you that make your own bread, if you mix your own
flour or do you buy it pre-mixed? (White rice flour, tapioca flour, potato
starch flour etc.) What is the quality of the flour that comes already
mixed? Is there a difference in the bread with the pre-mixed flours?

I have tried the bread you buy in the health food stores. Yuck. I'd rather
make my own. Just reading this list has been really helpful. I'm not sure
I would have known where to start without it.

Thank to you all,

Sandy
