Hi Listmates,

Based on your feedback, the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA)
has revised its "Already Diagnosed" survey to  ask more comprehensive
questions that will help researchers better understand celiac disease and
the gluten-free community.

Please take a few minutes (no more than 5 minutes) to fill out this short
survey. Your answers will help NFCA as we move forward with funding research
projects and expanding resources available for the celiac community.
