I have seen summaries about how quickly people react when they slip and
get gluten (from immediately to several days later) and also the wide
variety of reactions, but I am wondering the following:

When you eat gluten and have a reaction, how long dos it typically
last? Does it come and go? Is it possible to feel sick off and on for
several weeks from one incident of gluten exposure?

Thanks, Lynn
