HI Listmates,
I am a biopsy diagnosed Celiac.  I have been GF for 2 years.  My only non GF
foods have been by error, & I do try to be meticulous.
I have been ill with GF reactions on & off for over a week.  We could not
figure out the offending foods until today.  WE believe it is Boars Head All
Beef Natural Casing Hot Dogs.  Does this sound like a reasonable possibility?
 I thought that Boars Head meats were safe, unless there were obvious gluten
ingredients.  I actually never eat any of their other meats, as I try to be
even more careful than is necessary!

Can you also let me know if Heinz Ketchup & Hellman's regular Mayonnaise are
GF?  I thought all of these foods were safe, but I am definitely having
Celiac reactions to something.
