http://tinyurl.com/yc7rch8 Because there continues to be so much confusion surrounding allergen labeling of USDA-regulated foods Jeffrey Canavan from the Labeling and Program Delivery Division of the Food Safety and Inspection Service of the USDA agreed to be interviewed for my Living Gluten-Free column. The entire article went through clearance at USDA so you count on its accuracy. Hopefully this interview helps answer any lingering questions you may have. If not let me know!
