I just bought my mother a great present.  It's Jax Peters Lowell's book
titled "Against the Grain:  The Slightly Eccentric Guide to Living Well
without wheat".  Someone mentioned it on this list so I ordered it through
Barnes and Noble.  What a wonderful book not only for the newly diagnosed but
there's also some great info in it for people like me who have been dealing
with this diet for some time.  There's plenty of 800 numbers for food and
drug companies and a write up of all of our mail order companies.  I
recommend it highly.
