Skinny Crisps is a new gluten free cracker that is healthy, has lots of
fiber and is also low in carbohydrates. It was reviewed back In January by
one of the list members and it has gotten very positive feedback from those
who have tried them. These are a blessing for celiac sufferers, people with
autism, diabetes and those trying to maintain a low carb lifestyle. Right
now they are available online at www.skinnycrisps.com. The ingredients in
the plain crackers are: almond meal, chickpea flour, psyllium, ground golden
flaxseeds, turbinado, sea salt and olive oil. The different flavors are:
Plain, Toasty Onion, Spicy BBQ, White Sesame, Seeded (black & white sesame
with fennel), and Cinnamon Crisps. You only need a few to fulfill your
snacking urge because of their nutritional value.

Below is the nutritional information. and a copy of the review.

Listmates,

I had the pleasure to sample crackers from a new manufacturer called Skinny
Crisps. The crackers are made from almonds, chickpea flour, flax, psyllium,
olive oil, sea salt and turbinado. They are not only gluten free but also
low carb - for those who monitor their sugar intake. The flavors are
cinnamon, white sesame seed, onion, mixed seed (black and white sesame with
fennel) and plain. They also make a crisp pizza "cracker". I did not
sample this but based on the taste, flavor and mouth feel of the other
crackers, I will definitely be ordering some. The company is located in
Boulder, Colorado so those of who live close by can pick them up. For the
rest of us, ordering online is easy with minimal shipping charges - thank
goodness. :>) These crackers have a definite "crunch" factor and are very
filling due to their high fiber content. They are simply marvelous with
cheese! I am sure I will find other delicious ways to enjoy them as well.
In my humble opinion, they are far better than at least two other gluten
free crackers currently offered in our gluten free world. I highly
recommend these and hope you will like them too. So journey on over to www
skinnycrisps.com and enjoy!

I wish to note that I have positively no financial interest in this company
or any affiliation to it other then being a highly satisfied consumer of
their wonderful products.

Dear Myrna,

I am writing to tell you how much I love your crackers! I have become
addicted to them! As you know, I first ordered from you to sample your
product before recommending them to my patients. My intent was so share
them with my patients in the celiac clinic but they never made it to clinic
as I was unwilling to share my pack of white sesame seeds crackers with
others. I am reordering more and promise to share with my patients and
provide them with your website information.

Thanks for the great crackers!

Pam
