I have no interest in this store, other than a great experience last night.

A new "gourmet" supermarket has opened in Plainview, on Manetto Hill Rd. It's
called Fairway. I went to see it last night and was amazed at the quantity
and variety of GF foods on the shelves-at very good prices. There were GF
flours, cereals, frozen waffles, pastas, sauces, soy products, etc.. that I
usually mail order for or drive around to various places to get. They are all
in one place and what a place! I will be letting the management know how
happy I am to be able to do one-stop GF shopping in a mainstream store.
