Just a note on the Glutano comments.  I just bought some glutano frozen English Muffins at the Food Bin in Kansas City as well as some Glutano frozen bread.  I thought the English Muffins were very close to the "real" stuff.  The Food Bin said they are expanding their freezer with gluten-free food so just wanted to let you know if you are in that area.
