THE ART AND SCIENCE OF GLUTEN-FREE GASTRONOMY 2007 CULINARY LECTURE SERIES
Continues in Denver on Tuesday, July 17, 2007 with a presentation of Around
The World In One Hour

For gluten-free culinary inspiration and creativity, look no further than
the world next door. Food writer and culinary instructor Gigia Kolouch,
CCP, of The Natural Pantry, will take guests around the world delving into
the heart of many cuisines ranging from Asian, Indian, and Mediterranean to
European, South American, African, and Latin to reveal a wealth of
gluten-free ingredients and recipe options to whet the appetite and ignite
creativity.

Following Gigia, the lecture series will welcome P.F. Chang’s China Bistro
Executive Chef Devin Wade. Passionate about international flavor and
culinary tradition, Chef Wade will capture the imagination and senses with a
cooking demonstration and tasting of an old favorite family recipe based on
Filipino tradition.
