Hello -

I am new to the Celiac list serve and wanted to introduce myself. My
name is Genevieve Sherrow and I am Founder and Owner of Gluten-free
Warrior, a consulting company based in Philadelphia. The company
originated as the cookbook, Gluten-free Warrior and has evolved
into cooking education, nutritional counseling, private chef services
and consulting to food product and food service companies. I have
taught numerous gluten-free cooking classes throughout the
Philadelphia region at Whole Foods Market Mid-Atlantic Stores, the
Reading Terminal Market, Audrey Claire COOK and the Mount Airy
Learning Tree.

I provide nutritional counseling and education to clients all over the
country. If you do not reside in Philadelphia, I can work with you by
phone or skype. Please visit glutenfreewarrior.com to find out more
about me and my book.

I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University in
Seattle, known as one of the world's leading institutions in the
natural health sciences. In 2007, I was diagnosed with a gluten
intolerance and have been living gluten-free since that time. I use a
whole foods approach to gluten-free cooking and nutrition, always
taking into consideration the healing properties of foods. My approach
has been described as "accessible," "nutritionally strong,"
"satisfying," and "delicious."

I look forward to dialoguing with you through the list serve.

Best,
Genevieve
