After I made my Amazon.com summary, I had several people say that Bob's Red Mill may have cross-contamination issues. They all said that it is easy to find other GF flours at local stores, but I can't use just any GF flour. I use a lot of nut flours because I need to follow a low-carb diet to control my blood sugar. If anyone knows of other companies that make declared/varified GF nut flours, I'll check them out. Thanks.
