I have noticed over the past few months how many of us come here to ask
about where to buy groceries, safe places to eat etc. when travelling
across the States. I too have asked those questions and have received lots
of help. Wouldn't it be great to have all this info in one place. If you
would like to help me put together an across the country list of places
that we know are safe to eat at and stores that carry GF food please send
me the information. I hope to be able to compile it into a booklet that
could be published somewhere and sold for a minimal amount with profits
going towards Celiac research.
Please let me know if anyone is interested in helping with this.
Fiona
