Hi All--

I have two questions...

1.  Has anyone on the list ever submitted a gluten free recipe for judging
in the Pillsbury Bake Off Contest?

2.  Can anyone help me find a cookie recipe that I'm sure was in a Pillsbury
cookbook?...I don't recall the exact name for the cookie, but it was a soft
drop cookie w/cream cheese frosting. I think the name of the cookie was
"Carrot Cookie" or something close [yes, there were mashed carrots in them!]
No one ever knew there were carrots in the cookies and I don't recall anyone
not loving them. They were soft and rich and airy. I'm wanting to try to
convert that cookie to GF, but I don't still have that cookbook. I've been
to Pillsbury's site, but can't find the recipe. I'll Google it tonight, but
if anyone knows what I'm referring to, I would so appreciate your help!!!
