Good morning, all -

Does anyone have or can anyone point me to a recipe in the archives for
a cookie or bar recipe that is:

1.  lowfat;

2.  high fiber; and

3.  travels/packs well for long trips?

I've searched the archives a few different ways but didn't come up with
anything...
