Hello listpeople,

Can anyone give me a convincing explanation as to why we in the UK are told
we can safely include things such as malt flavouring, which contains a small
amount of gluten, in our diet ?

Do our US cousins simply have greater consumer/legal clout, or is there a
good medical reason we should eat some small amount of gluten ?
