Hello All!!

Thank you for all your wonderful responses to our situation with
Miracle Whip. I have received many responses and a few questions that I
would like to clear up.
Since the modified food starch and the vinegar used in the ingredients
are both derived from corn, Kraft claims to be gluten free. This is
what the representative told me on the phone last night. She also told
me that they and their suppliers are required by federal law to list ANY
allergens that their products may contain. I tired to explain to her
that Celiacs aren't allergic to grains, but can't tolerate them. And if
you read the labels on any Miracle Whip jar where does it identify what
is in the vinegar or their modified food starch? It doesn't.
Mark and I have already sent for the list from CSA and Tri-county
Guide from Michigan, but they haven't arrived yet. How accurate are
theses guides? Are they reliable? I know we must constantly check
labels even though they may be on his safe list, but that gets very
frustrating!!
Well, I encourage anyone and everyone to give Miracle Whip a call!!
*hehehehehe* Just act casual, non-suspicious!!

   Thanks!!
