Hello Listmates,
This is my first post and I was a little leary to do so since I've just
been reading all the debate on Quinoa. However, I believe I would be a
little remiss in not mentioning something that seemed important to me
and I believe it would be to others.

The other day while shopping in my local Ontario Independant Groceries I
discovered a President's Choice brand cereal - Ancient Grains Golden
Maize - which is gluten free. It is label such. Ingredients include
Corn, millet, quinoa and amaranth. I have been eating it for the past
four days will no ill effects but a great deal of enjoyment. While I
haven't spoke to anyone to address any cross contamination concerns I
did find out from my store manager that it is on PC's unique product
list and should be available for about a year. My friend here in town
who is celiac as well has tried it and enjoyed it without problems as
well. It has the added feature of being resonably priced - $2.69 for a
325g box.

Just to let people know, it may be something you are looking for as
well.

I have no affiliattion with Presidents Choice.

Regards,
Cathie, Ontario, Canada
