Many thanks hanks to several people who responded to my inquiry about celiac
resources in Johnson City, TN.  I received the following information:

 

One person who is celiac recommended the Firehouse Restaurant in Johnson
City.  The restaurant is not necessarily gluten free, but the listmate
recommended it as a good place to eat and provided the restaurant's web site
www.thefirehouse.com <http://www.thefirehouse.com/>  which has contact
information.

 

Other posters mentioned that the Knoxville support group, which has a web
page at www.celi-act.com <http://www.celi-act.com/>  , is an active one,
apparently with its own email listserv, and it does have members from the
Johnson City area.
