The annual Iowa Celiac Conference will be held September 8, 2007 in Waterloo, Iowa from 7:45 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the Cedar Valley Community Church 3520 Ansborough Ave. Hosted by the Waterloo/CF support group.
Guest speakers this year are:
Dr. Joseph Murray - Mayo Clinic Rochester, Mn.
Ann Whelan - Editor/Publisher - Gluten-Free living magazine and Connie Sarros - Author of many GF cookbooks.
We will have many GF vendors, and a GF lunch will be served with many give-a-ways.
Pre-registration is required. Cost is $25.00 for first family member, and $15.00 per additional family member, with children under 12 $5.00.
