Hello everyone!

Maybe you remeber my post from September about pregnancy and biopsie.
Well, we are pregnant now, 14 weeks into it. I've been vey lucky and wasn't
sick too much. But I still did not eat a whole lot during the first
trimester. I have discovered, that I am having trouble now with milk, cheese
and yoghurt which is making it difficult for me. I liked to eat cheese and
veggies as a snack, or yoghurt with fruit or cereal. I tried the rice milk,
but I am not very fond of it...I really hope this will go away after the
pregnancy. I know that a lot of celiacs are also lactose intolerant. What
are the symptons of that? I just feel somewhat miserable after eating dairy
right now.

Now what do I eat? I really cannot think of any fast and easy snacks and it
looks like if I am starting to develop a much bigger appetite now. Maybe you
can give me some tips.

Thanks!

Kerstin from Atlanta
PS: How about tips for constipation...?
