Trader Joe's, a grocery chain on the west coast and soon to be east coast,
has just finished researching their gluten free products.  Their list is
four pages long!  It includes eggplant parmesean, seafood stew, bratwurst
etc.  This place could be a onestop shopping trip for celiacs who don'thave
the time to cook from scratch.
