I too have been watching the posting re: Outback and I agree with
Marcy's posting that we have a responsiblity to educate.  Restaurants
have tremendous turnover and even with a corporate position, things
often get lost in the transitions of staff.  I went to a local outback
and the manager did not know about the menu, but I suggested she take me
to her computer and showed it to her on the Outback website.  Now she is
taking a personal interst in educating her staff and they have been very
supportive to our local support group.

Patience and information often has a greater influence...
