  * the status of gluten-free labeling and what to look for (and avoid) when shopping
  * why the gluten-free diet may not always be a healthy one, with tips on how to change that
  * celiac disease, diabetes and the gluten-free diet
  * "transitions" - managing the gluten-free diet at school or on the job

There will also be news about the latest research on grains, nutrition and ingredients from the International Celiac Disease Symposium, held in New York, Nov. 9-11.
